289. Notice of failure to execute deed of company arrangement
Where a company does not meet the deadline for the execution of a deed
of company arrangement, the deed administrator shall as soon as practicable—
(a) publish a notice of the failure in a daily newspaper; and
(b) file a copy of the notice with the Registrar of Companies and the
Director.
