290. Notice of termination by creditors of deed of company arrangement
Where the creditors terminate a deed of company arrangement, the deed
administrator shall as soon as practicable—
(a) send a notice of the termination to each of the creditors;
(b) publish the notice in a daily newspaper; and
(c) file a copy of the notice with the Registrar of Companies and the
Director.
