299. Director may require information
The Director may, by notice in writing to a prescribed company or a related company of that company or an officer or employee or associated person of either of those companies to whom a notice has been given under
section 297, requiring that company or related company or officer or

employee or associated person to supply to the Director such information
relating to the business, operation or management of that company for such
periods and in such form as may be specified in the notice.
