300. Director may require creditor or supplier to consult
The Director may, by notice in writing to a creditor or supplier of goods or
services to a prescribed company or a related company to which a notice has
been given under section 297 requiring that creditor or supplier to consult
with the Director as to the way in which the difficulties of that prescribed
company or related company may be resolved, and to provide to the Director
information relating to the state of account between that creditor or supplier
and the prescribed company or related company, the level on circumstances
of any indebtedness, and the terms and conditions of any contract or terms
of trade with the prescribed company or related company.
