345. Pre-emption
No stay, injunction, avoidance, moratorium, or similar proceeding or order,
whether issued or granted by a Court, administrative agency, liquidator or
otherwise, shall limit or delay application of otherwise enforceable netting
agreements in accordance with this Sub-part.
