371. Official Receiver and Deputy Official Receivers
(1) There shall be appointed as officers—
(a) a suitable person to be Official Receiver; and
(b) one or more suitable persons to be Deputy Official Receivers.
(2) The Official Receiver and Deputy Official Receivers shall be officers of
the Court.
(3) Deputy Official Receivers shall discharge their duties and exercise
their powers subject to the control and direction of the Official Receiver.
(4) Any Deputy Official Receiver may act on behalf of or in the place of
the Official Receiver and whilst so acting shall have all the authority and
powers of the Official Receiver.
