59. Official Receiver’s report (1) The Official Receiver shall prepare a report and file it in the Court where— (a) the bankrupt has applied for a discharge; or (b) the Official Receiver has summoned the bankrupt to be examined under section 58 (2). [Issue 2] I14 – 40 Revised Laws of Mauritius (2) The Official Receiver shall report as to— (a) the bankrupt’s affairs; (b) the causes of the bankruptcy; (c) the bankrupt’s performance of his duties under this Act; (d) the manner in which the bankrupt has complied with an order of the Court; (e) the bankrupt’s conduct before and after adjudication; and (f) any other matter that would assist the Court in making a decision as to the bankrupt’s discharge.
