60. Notice of opposition to discharge
(1) A creditor shall give notice to the Official Receiver and the bankrupt
where he intends to oppose the bankrupt’s discharge on a ground that is not
mentioned in the Official Receiver’s report.
(2) The notice shall—
(a) set out the ground for opposing the discharge; and
(b) be given within the prescribed time.
