16. Refusal to renew registration and suspension or cancellation of
registration certificate
(1) The Director may refuse to renew, or may suspend or cancel the
registration, of a dealer where the dealer—
(a) at the time of application for registration, gave any information
which was false in any material particular;
(b) has failed to comply with or contravenes any provision of this
Act; or
(c) has acted in breach of any of the conditions of registration.
(2) Where a registration is suspended or cancelled under subsection (1),
the dealer shall forthwith surrender his registration certificate to the Director.
