18. Sale of unmarked jewellery
No person shall sell, offer for sale or display any jewellery unless it is
marked in the case of—
(a) jewellery manufactured by him or on his behalf, in accordance
with section 14 (1);
(b) imported jewellery, in accordance with section 14 (2).
