7. Meetings of Council
(1) The Council shall—
(a) meet at least once every 3 months; and
(b) subject to this section, regulate its own proceedings.
(2) At any meeting of the Council, 5 members shall constitute a quorum.
(3) No member shall take part in the deliberations of the Council where
he has an interest in any matter under consideration.
