7. Power of Registrar to reconstitute file
(1) Where the partnership agreement or any other document relating to a
limited partnership which has been filed with the Registrar has been lost or
destroyed, the Registrar may require the limited partnership to submit a certified copy of the document within such time as he may determine.
(2) The copy shall, on being registered by the Registrar, have the same
force and effect as the original.
