159. Prosecution of offences
(1) Any offence relating to a breach of this Act may be prosecuted by an
authorised officer of the authority affected by the contravention.
(2) Notwithstanding section 114 of the Courts Act and section 72 of the
District and Intermediate Courts (Criminal Jurisdiction) Act, a Magistrate
shall have jurisdiction to try any offence under this Act.
