74. Loan to officers
(1) A local authority may, subject to the approval of the Unified Local
Government Service Board and on the same conditions as those in force in
the public service, make a loan to eligible officers for the purchase of a
motor vehicle to be used by the officer in the performance of his duties.
(2) No local authority shall make a loan to an officer who is indebted to
the authority for a previous loan granted to him.
