47. Workmen’s Compensation Act
(1) Subject to subsection (2), the Workmen’s Compensation Act shall not
apply to an employee.

(2) Subsection (1) shall not affect—
(a) the rights of any person in respect of any accident occurring or
disease contracted before he became an employee; or
(b) a person’s eligibility to any compensation payable under the
Worken’s Compensation Act in respect of temporary partial
incapacity.
