95. Parts of buildings, plants, or equipment let off
(1) Where a part of a building is let off as a place of work, or a plant or
equipment is leased, the owner of the building or plant, or equipment, as the

case may be, shall be responsible for any contravention of section 34, 35,
38, 39, 40, 64, 73 or 75, only in so far as these provisions relate to matters
within his control.
(2) Where sanitary conveniences, washing facilities, facilities for the taking of meals or mess are used in common by several tenants, the owner of
the building shall be responsible for their cleanliness and maintenance.
