5. Staff of Policy Office
(1) The Policy Office shall appoint on contract terms and conditions its
professional staff composed of persons of high integrity and substantial experience in the field of procurement, with a strong background in legal, financial and administrative matters.
(2) The Head of the Civil Service shall designate such public officers as
may be required to assist the Policy Office and every person so designated
shall be under the administrative control of the Director.
