14. Election of Chief Commissioner and Deputy Chief Commissioner
Upon the election referred to in section 13, the Members, meeting under
the chairmanship of the newly elected Chairperson of the Regional Assembly, shall, in accordance with section 15, elect from among their number the
Chief Commissioner and the Deputy Chief Commissioner to whom the President or Vice-President shall, in accordance with the provisions of section 34,
administer the oath of office set out in the Third Schedule.
