17. Determination of Injury
A determination of injury for the purposes of sections 5 and 16 shall be
based on positive evidence and involve an objective examination of—
(a) the volume of the dumped or subsidised imports;
(b) the effect of the dumped or subsidised imports on prices in the
domestic market for like products; and
(c) the consequent impact of those imports on domestic producers
of such products.
