18. Examination of volume of dumped or subsidised imports and their effects on prices
(1) With regard to the volume of imports, the Investigating Authority
shall consider whether there has been a significant increase in dumped or
subsidised imports, as the case may be, in absolute terms or relative to the
production or consumption in Mauritius.
(2) With regard to the effect on the prices of imports, the Investigating
Authority shall consider whether—
(a) there has been a significant price undercutting by the dumped or
subsidised imports as compared with the price of the domestic
like product; or
(b) the effect of such imports is otherwise to depress prices to a
significant degree or prevent price increases, which otherwise
would have occurred, to a significant degree.
(3) Notwithstanding subsections (1) and (2), the Investigating Authority
may consider such other factors as it deems relevant or necessary in examining the volume of dumped or subsidised imports and their effects on prices.
