24. Management of Universal Service Fund
(1) The Authority shall manage the Fund and ensure that the contributions received are sufficient to enable it to meet the objects of the Fund
specified in section 22.
(2) The Authority shall keep separate accounts under the Universal Service Fund in respect of each of the applicable utility services and shall not
use funds accumulated with respect to one sector in connection with another sector.
