98. Counterfeiting copper coin
Where the offence relates to any copper or cupro-nickel coin lawfully current in Mauritius, or in any other State, the punishment shall be—
(a) for an offence under section 92, 93 or 94, penal servitude for a
term not exceeding 15 years;
(b) for an offence under section 95 or 96, imprisonment for a term
not exceeding 5 years;
(c) for an offence under section 97, penal servitude for a term not
exceeding 15 years.
